At Casey M. Herrera DDS & Edwin Tsang, DMD, MSD Periodontics and Dental Implants, our doctors and staff are proud to provide the highest quality periodontal services available. We are committed to delivering exceptional care while helping you make informed decisions about your investment in your dental health. To assist you, we have outlined our payment policy below.

Emergency/Single-Visit Payments

For single-visit procedures, payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, and major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Multiple Visit Payment Options

Option 1: Full Payment at Time of Service

Your Treatment Coordinator will provide you with specific details regarding your treatment plan and payment options.

Option 2: Open Account Payment Plan

Treatment fees may be divided into two or three equal payments. This option allows for three equal payments over a period of three months. The first payment is due at the time of treatment, the second payment is due one month after treatment, and the third and final payment is due two months after treatment.

Option 3: Outside Financing

For patients who prefer an extended payment plan, outside financing options may be available.

For your convenience, payments may be made with cash, personal check, bank draft, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard. If you have any questions regarding your account or payment options, please contact our office. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
